Job summary

Acesoft Labs in India seeks an experienced technician to install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment equipment.

You will monitor and operate automated control systems such as SCADA, FMCS, and DDC, interpret OM manuals and drawings, and perform inspections, diagnostics, and performance tests to ensure optimal system operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, including ultrapure water and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Monitor and operate automated control systems such as SCADA, FMCS, and DDC.
• Interpret O&M manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to perform installations and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance tests to identify and correct system malfunctions.
• Perform precision repairs, including pipe-fitting, brazing, soldering, and sheet metal work.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks such as system charging, filter replacement, lubrication, and calibration.
• Research and source replacement parts, components, and materials as required.
• Apply expertise across boilers, chillers, pumps, compressors, evaporators, control systems, heaters, A/C units, and pollution abatement systems.
• Modify and upgrade systems to meet changing space utilization and operational requirements.
