ZS is seeking an HR Specialist in Professional Development & Coaching (Enterprise) to foster leadership growth and continuous development. You will support performance advisors, deliver coaching services, and enable programs and tools for capability building across the firm.

Role involves partnering across HR functions, applying global frameworks, and delivering leadership coaching while maintaining a client‑first mentality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required with ~6-8+ years of HR experience.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present virtually and in-person with confidence.
• Proven diplomacy and ability to handle unstructured problems.

What you'll do: Human Resources Specialist - Professional Development & Coaching (Enterprise)

play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of leadership growth and continuous development. Team members in this role enable the effectiveness of performance advisors across the firm, support key functional programs and tools, and provide coaching services as needed. This role blends enablement and coaching to strengthen ZS's people leadership capabilities and business outcomes.

Enabling performance advisors

• Deliver timely, high-quality support to a cohort of performance advisors to enhance their effectiveness
• Guide advisors in providing actionable, evidence-based feedback, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
• Identify and support underperforming advisors while encouraging high performers to share best practices
• Use data and metrics to maintain awareness of cohort, surface insights and drive improvements in performance advising
• Log activities per program requirements and raise themes to inform advisor content, training and enablement initiatives

Supporting functional programmatic needs, tools and resources

• Lead or contribute to functional initiatives, tools, and systems with strategic thinking, strong ownership and high-quality execution
• Develop resources, materials, and communications (e.g., to enable ongoing learning and capability building for performance advisors)

Operating in a globally consistent manner

• Apply global frameworks, processes, and materials for consistent and scalable program delivery
• Partner across HR and related functions to ensure cohesive communication, alignment, and impact (taking a 'one-HR' approach)

Provide coaching services (as needed)

• Deliver leadership coaching programs to support the growth and development of current and emerging leaders

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and ~6-8+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior HR experience with a solid understanding of human and organizational dynamics
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including comfort presenting virtually and in-person
• Proven ability to navigate sensitive topics with diplomacy and manage unstructured problems independently
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Adaptable to change, ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
• Skilled in building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Growth mindset and motivation to develop as an HR professional
• Strong collaboration skills and a holistic understanding of the organizational ecosystem
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule of three days in-office per week
• Fluency in English
