Job summary

Andor Tech invites an HR Specialist to join a dynamic internal project in Bengaluru. The candidate will handle incoming document audits, index retention data, and support US HR operations.

The role prefers hands-on experience with Workday, Kronos, UKG Pro, and related HR tools, ensuring timely records audits and data quality. The position requires flexibility for night/weekend shifts, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and service

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Flexibility to shift rotation, including night and weekend shifts.
• 1-4 years of work experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Typing and computer skills; knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
