Job Role: We are looking for an HR Manager who can lead and manage all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate will come with strong healthcare industry experience and a proven track record of managing end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with business and clinical leaders to understand workforce needs and drive effective hiring plans.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and ensure a strong, positive work culture across clinics.
• Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, and HR analytics.
• Drive learning, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR, within hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare setups
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and HRMS tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
