Responsibilities

• Identify and lead campus recruitment events globally.
• Evolve the campus ambassadors program.
• Maintain relationships with existing universities and form new relationships.
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
• Accurately process hires and manage background checks.
• Assist with student orientation.
• Perform administrative functions including surveys and reporting.
• Help lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives.
