A dynamic recruitment agency is looking for a Human Resources Intern/Co-op to assist with campus recruitment and full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions. Candidates should be enrolled in Human Resources or a related program, highly organized, and proficient with Microsoft tools. • Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events.
• Evolve the campus ambassadors program.
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
• Process hires and manage background checks.
• Support student orientation.
• Help lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events, globally
• Evolve the campus ambassadors program
• Maintain relationships with existing universities/colleges and form relationships with new institutions
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
• Accurately process hires into Manatal and manages background checks
• Assist with student orientation
• Perform a variety of administrative functions including surveys, invoicing, and reporting
• Help lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategic initiatives in the world on Early Talent
