Job summary

Minimalist, a science-backed Indian skincare brand, invites MBA/PGDM graduates in HR or related fields to join its Jaipur plant as an in-office HR intern. You will support day-to-day HR activities, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding, attendance and data management, and contribute to HR initiatives.

The 3-month internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000–15,000 per month, plus an informal dress code and a certificate on completion.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing or graduates of an MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work from the plant office.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship.
