BHS Corrugated India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks a skilled HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across IT, engineering, corporate, and manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Engineering, Corporate, and Manufacturing roles.
• Source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance using HR systems (GreytHR, HRMS, ERP).
• Support lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices while aligning with company standards.
• Coordinate office administration, vendor management for facilities and transport.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, wellness programs, rewards, CSR, and events.
• Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.

Your future responsibilities include

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Engineering, Corporate, and Manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding using job portals and SAP Recruiting module and ATS tools.
• Partner with global stakeholders and hiring managers across BHS subsidiaries to provide end-to-end recruitment support and ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate seamless onboarding and induction activities while maintaining employee records, documentation, and compliance through GreytHR, HRMS, and other HR systems.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Support office administration activities, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors for employee transportation (cab services), office facilities, and general administrative operations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, rewards & recognition activities, CSR initiatives, and company events to enhance employee experience.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and HR initiatives.

Your professional and personal profile

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or multinational organizations, preferably with German headquarters, will be an added advantage.
• Good to have: basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Recruiting, & PMGM (Performance & Goals Management).
• Good to have: experience with GreytHR, HRMS, and ERP for digital employee record management systems.
• Good to have: knowledge of HR analytics, recruitment portals, and reporting.
• Good to have: proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
