Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an UK HR Operations professional for our Mumbai office. The role requires 2–4 years in HR, with work from office and shift timings aligned to UK time (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST).

You will review documents, validate data, and upload to the HCM tool, then share reports with customers when data is missing. Strong communication and initiative are essential for success in a high-volume, detail‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 2–4 years’ HR experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication, good organizational skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Review scanned document, validate as per required & upload in the HCM tool
• Sharing report to customer with missing data
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume transactions
• Ability to handle sensitive and escalated information & drive accuracy

Qualification

• 2-4 years’ experience in HR stream
• Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
• Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
• Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
