Job summary

Crestfoods in India seeks an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and records for a frozen food manufacturing setup. The role covers leave management, statutory compliance, grievance handling, performance tracking, and training coordination, with emphasis on robust HR documentation and policy implementation to support manufacturing operations.

Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing and compliance with labour laws is an advantage; location is Andhra

Qualifications

• Experience in HR generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding and payroll support.
• Knowledge of attendance, leave management and HR record-keeping processes.
• Understanding of statutory compliance and grievance handling in an FMCG setting.
