Job summary

KS Reliable Hr Services seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations at a pharma manufacturing plant in Solan.

You will handle blue- and white-collar recruitment, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliances (PF/ESIC), ensure WHO-GMP adherence, and address grievances.

2–5 years HR generalist experience in manufacturing (pharma preferred), strong labor-law knowledge, and advanced Excel skills are required; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 yrs HR generalist exp in manufacturing pharma (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESIC portals, and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to handle factory grievances.
