Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing and resolve employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support during review cycles.
• Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Organize employee engagement activities, welfare events, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 4-6 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
