JLL is hiring for an on-site HSSE role in Hyderabad (TS). The position involves full-time hours, with a 48-hour workweek, focusing on designing and implementing safety strategies and emergency plans to protect staff and contractors.

You will conduct hazard analyses, lead incident investigations, and mentor teams while tracking KPIs and communicating results to senior leadership and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies, safety procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct hazard identification, job safety analyses, and implement preventive control measures.
• Perform routine site audits to monitor compliance with local and international standards.
• Lead root-cause analyses for workplace incidents, tracking corrective actions through to closure.
• Oversee safety orientations, drills, and behavioral safety campaigns to mentor staff and contractors.
• Track KPIs and report performance metrics to senior leadership and clients.
