Job summary

Bluspring is seeking an experienced Corporate HSE Manager to strengthen the Health, Safety & Environment function across multiple sites in Bengaluru. You will implement corporate HSE strategies, ensure legal compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across operations.

The role reports to site HSE and operations teams, driving policy development, training programs, and rigorous incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as an HSE Manager.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental legal requirements.
• Experience in O&M or related industries.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in leading the HSE function in collaboration with site HSE teams and operations.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE strategies, policies, and objectives.
• Ensure corporate HSE policies align with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Drive implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements across sites.
• Conduct periodic site visits, HSE audits, and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure safety inductions and HSE training programs are current and effective.
• Ensure effective HSE reporting from sites (UA/UC, near misses, incidents).
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs at site and corporate levels.
