Job description

Responsible for ensuring safe working practices at project sites and full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards for transmission line and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE plans, procedures, and statutory safety requirements across project sites
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Civil construction activities
• Electrical installations
• Transmission Line (TL) stringing works
• Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), lifting tools, and adherence to safe work methods
• Monitor work permits, lifting operations, and high-risk activities (work at height, electrical work, etc.)
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain and update safety documentation, statutory compliance records, and reporting systems
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture on site
