Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited seeks an HSE professional to lead a large Office HSE Management System for our Chennai corporate office, supporting 2,000+ white-collar employees. You will drive safety standards, coordinate with stakeholders and promote a positive safety culture across the site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of HSE experience, a relevant Engineering/Health & Safety degree or diploma, and knowledge of local legislation. NEBOSH/IOSH are desirable though not essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree or Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: NEBOSH, IOSH or other recognised Occupational Health & Safety certification.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of Industry/Office HSE experience, preferably as a Safety Officer or HSE professional.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) – Engineering Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Essential: Degree or Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Occupational Health & Safety, or an equivalent qualification.

• Desirable (not essential): NEBOSH, IOSH, or other recognized Occupational Health & Safety certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of Industry/Office HSE experience, preferably as a Safety Officer or HSE professional.
• Experience in implementing and supporting HSE Management Systems within a corporate office environment is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• This role will primarily support the implementation of a large Office HSE Management System for a corporate office with approximately 2,000+ white-collar employees .
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
• Sound knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, risk management, and office safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and promote a positive safety culture.
