Position: Customer Service Executive Credit Cards

Location: Ashar it Park, Thane West

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries related to HSBC credit cards.
• Provide information on credit card services, offers, schemes, and products.
• Perform partial cross-selling of credit card products and offers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO inbound voice customer service.

Shift Details:

• Day shift with rotational timings.
• Shift window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• 9 working hours with a 1-hour break.
• 2 rotational weekly offs.

Salary:
