Gates Corporation in Gurugram, India, is seeking an analytical HR Analyst to support Payroll, HRIS, IR, and HR Operations. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain HR systems, and drive compliance with labor laws across locations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement in HR processes and reporting, with a focus on audits and dashboards.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Payroll, HRIS, HR Operations, and Industrial Relations.
  • Experience in manufacturing organizations preferred.
  • Exposure to multi-location payroll and HR operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory components.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Review payroll reports, reconcile variances, and resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
  • Support payroll audits and maintain payroll documentation and records.
  • Prepare payroll-related MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.
  • Maintain employee master data and organizational structure within HR systems.
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and separations.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports related to headcount, attrition, manpower costs, compensation, and workforce trends.
  • Support HR automation initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders for HRIS improvements and issue resolution.
  • Support implementation of company policies and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain records related to contract labor, statutory registers, notices, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with plant HR teams for Compliance.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management, compensation reviews, and annual HR processes.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, certificates, and employee communications.
  • Monitor HR service delivery and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management, compensation reviews, and annual HR processes.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, certificates, and employee communications.
  • Monitor HR service delivery and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
Keys to Success

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

  • Hands‑on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
  • Experience with HR analytics and dashboard reporting.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The analytical HR Analyst resource to support Payroll, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Industrial Relations (IR), and HR Operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining HR systems and data integrity, supporting employee relations and statutory compliance, and driving operational excellence across HR processes and will report to Sr.Analyst - HRIS.
