Job summary

Conduent is seeking a benefits associate in its Dadri office to handle US Defined Benefit calculations and customer service tasks. The role involves manual calculations, adherence to client requirements, and timely query resolution.

The candidate should be comfortable with night shifts (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM) and 5 days of office work per week, with strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy.

• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
