Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
• Ability to manage high‑volume, transactional work in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred

• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar)
• Experience handling employment verifications or unemployment claims
• Experience working in a shared services or offshore delivery model
