Key Responsibilities

Immigration Advisory & Case Strategy

• Assess eligibility across Indian visa categories (Employment, Business, Entry, Student, Tourist, Medical).
• Provide advisory on visa pathways, conversions, extensions, and compliance risks.
• Guide clients on OCI eligibility and documentation requirements.
• Identify potential regulatory risks prior to submission.

Regulatory Compliance & FRRO Management

• Interpret and apply MHA and FRRO regulations.
• Manage FRRO registrations, renewals, and compliance reporting.
• Track visa validity and prevent overstay exposure.
• Monitor policy updates and translate them into operational action.

Corporate Immigration Support

• Liaise with HR teams for employment visa documentation.
• Support structured bulk visa pipelines.
• Assist in audit readiness and compliance documentation.

Process & Practice Development

• Develop and refine SOPs for India immigration workflows.
• Maintain structured digital case trackers.
• Contribute to building scalable compliance systems.
