Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is urgently seeking an HR Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Chennai and Coimbatore locations. The role focuses on screening candidates from internal databases and portals, coordinating interviews, and counselling students and parents where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel, Word and email communication skills, and a graduate degree with a proactive, target-driven mindset. Salary is negotiable and framed by market norms.

• UG: Any Graduate.
