GIPS Consultancy in Chennai/Coimbatore is urgently seeking an HR Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from databases and job portals, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

The role also involves counselling students and parents, maintaining strong Excel and email communication, and contributing to staffing targets in a fast-paced environment.
