GIPS Consultancy is urgently hiring an HR Non IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end candidate screening from databases and major portals, and to coordinate interviews with hiring teams in Chennai and Coimbatore.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills and excellent email communication. Salary is negotiable, with opportunities to engage in admissions counselling where required.

• Screen candidates from databases and job portals like Naukri.com and TimesJobs.
• Send shortlisted candidates for interviews and coordinate schedules.
• Counsel students and parents regarding admissions if applicable.
