Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support execution of key HR Operations initiatives. This role will play a critical part in driving project delivery, operational governance, leadership reporting, and team collaboration across global HR Services.

Role & responsibilities

Project Execution, Documentation & Tracking

• Develop and manage project plans with backward timelines aligned to business priorities
• Track progress across initiatives and ensure on-time delivery of milestones
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and drive timely mitigation actions
• Publish regular status updates and dashboards (RAG reporting)
• Documentation of detailed SoPs with process Maps

Operational Governance

• Establish and manage structured cadences (weekly reviews, action trackers, dashboards)
• Drive accountability through consistent follow-ups on actions and priorities
• Standardize reporting formats, trackers, and operating rhythms

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment, clarity on priorities, and timely updates on progress

Leadership Reporting

• Create high-quality presentations and summaries for leadership forums
• Convert data into clear, concise insights and narratives
• Support leadership reviews with structured reporting and analysis

Team Experience & Capability Building

• Drive team engagement initiatives and internal events
• Coordinate learning and upskilling programs for the team
• Support initiatives to enhance overall team culture and effectiveness

Communication

• Drive regular team communications (newsletters, updates, key announcements)
• Ensure visibility of priorities, achievements, and key updates
• Support change initiatives through structured communication
