Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks an HR Process System Superuser to support global HR transformation. You will governance Workday processes, develop reports, and drive data accuracy across regions, partnering with HRIS and stakeholders.

You will lead testing for Workday enhancements, manage data updates, and improve operational HR efficiency using analytics and self-service tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including reports, dashboards, security, and modules such as talent, performance, recruitment, absence, and benefits.
  • Experience managing Workday testing activities and change requests with HRIS and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and analyze Workday reports and dashboards to support HR requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and related modules across global teams.
  • Lead and coordinate testing for Workday enhancements, configuration changes, and new releases.
  • Monitor HR data accuracy through audits, governance controls, and issue resolution.
  • Create and optimise Workday reports, dashboards, and self-service tools for HR insights.
  • Partner with global HR and HRIS teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Manage organisational changes, restructures, and mass data updates through EIBs.

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

  • Be part of a hub that ensures ERM s business continuity worldwide.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.

  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
Why this role matters

As an HR Process System Superuser, you will support ERMs global HR transformation by ensuring the effective utilization, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR processes. You will work within the Global People, Process Technology Team, partnering with HR teams, HRIS specialists, and stakeholders across multiple regions to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, process efficiency, and user adoption. This role is critical to driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across ERMs global people systems landscape.

What youll bring
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including business processes, reporting, dashboards, security, talent, performance, recruitment, absence, and benefits modules.
  • Experience managing Workday testing activities, system enhancements, and change requests in partnership with HRIS and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and analyze Workday reports and dashboards to support business and HR requirements.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance, process optimization, and system adoption challenges.
  • Experience managing data audits, data quality initiatives, and HR system compliance requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Prior experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or HR transformation programmes.
  • Exposure to global shared services or Global Capability Centre (GCC) environments.
  • Experience with Workday EIBs, mass data uploads, integrations, and organisational restructuring activities.
  • Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
  • Workday certifications or other relevant HRIS-related qualifications.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system configurations, user experience, and operational efficiency across the organization.
