Job summary

Impact Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive HR Operations Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. You will support onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure HR processes run smoothly across the organization.

The role also involves data management in Excel, responding to employee queries, assisting with engagement initiatives, and supporting audits to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with HRIS tools is an added advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding including documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies.
• Support HR audits to ensure files and processes meet compliance standards.
• Use Excel to analyze HR metrics such as attrition, performance ratings, and staffing trends.
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies, leaves, attendance, and onboarding.
• Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Support rewards & recognition activities and internal communication.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Intern who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable managing documentation, and can independently support daily HR processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and creating a seamless employee experience across the organization.

What The Role Entails

• HR Operations:
• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities including documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR databases.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal HR processes and policies.
• Support HR audits and help ensure all employee files and processes meet compliance standards.
• Data Management & Analysis:
• Use Excel (and related tools) to analyze HR metrics such as attrition, performance ratings, and staffing trends.
• Respond promptly to employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, and onboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication.
• Support rewards & recognition activities and internal communication.
