Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong visual sense with typography and detail.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing design principles.
• Video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital platforms (website, social media, courses, marketing materials).
• Create course thumbnails, infographics, eLearning visuals, and presentation graphics.
• Collaborate with content writers, instructional designers, and marketing teams for brand consistency.
• Conceptualize and execute layout designs for email campaigns, brochures, and promotions.
• Edit and optimize images, icons, and illustrations for online publishing.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery and ensure timely completion.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply innovative techniques.

• Create course thumbnails, infographics, eLearning visuals, and presentation graphics for MindMeld programs.
• Collaborate with content writers, instructional designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Conceptualize and execute layout designs for email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Edit and optimize images, icons, and illustrations for online publishing.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
• Stay updated with design trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance visual appeal.

Required Skills & Qualifications
