Job summary

Avantor invites an HR intern to join the Talent Acquisition Team in a short-term capacity. You will assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to support end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strong organizational and communication skills while contributing to a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, HR Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
