Job summary

Kyndryl Mumbai is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to shape and deliver people strategy across a global area of responsibility, partnering with senior leaders and HR centers of excellence to translate business priorities into practical HR solutions.

You will collaborate with country HR teams, align global programs with local requirements, guide leaders on complex people issues, and drive workforce planning, talent, learning and total rewards initiatives across multiple countries.

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting global or multi country organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people actions.
• Experience across talent, learning, workforce planning and rewards.
• Ability to advise on complex employee and organizational issues with clear recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with HR centers of excellence and country HR teams.
• Ability to apply best practices across different geographies.
• Experience using workforce data or insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the people strategy for a defined global scope, aligned to business goals and operating priorities.
• Partner with global leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that support performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with country HR teams and COEs to ensure consistent execution of global programs.
• Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters using best practices across multiple countries.
• Advise COEs on initiatives across talent, learning, diversity, workforce planning, and rewards.
• Use workforce insights to inform decisions and recommended actions.
• Support leaders through change by clarifying impacts, actions, and outcomes.
• Ensure global HR practices are applied while respecting local requirements.
