The ideal candidate will independently handle HR processes, maintain meticulous records, manage grievances, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• Ability to independently handle HR and implement best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR from recruitment, onboarding process; employee engagement, performance management, payroll and compliance.
• Administer & maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations.
