Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• Independent handling of HR duties and delivery of best practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR activities from recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to payroll and compliance.
• Administer and maintain employee records, including personnel files and evaluations.
• Handle employee grievances and drive employee relations initiatives.
