Job summary

Fortleechiropractors in Panaji, Goa is seeking a dynamic HR Executive with hospitality sector experience to join our team. You will manage the employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll support, and compliance with PF/ESIC/PT laws.

You will handle recruitment coordination, onboarding to exit processes, HR records, and assist with audits and HRMS. Strong communication and familiarity with labour law are essential to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in hospitality (hotel/resort/casino preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law compliance.
• Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems.
• Good communication skills.
