Job summary

Refex Industries Limited in Chennai is seeking a detail‑oriented Compensation & Benefits Executive to manage salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.

The role requires 3 to 6 years of experience, strong MS Excel and HRMS proficiency, and meticulous attention to data accuracy to ensure statutory compliance and accurate payroll reporting. You will collaborate with the Finance team to address employee queries and support salary budgeting and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Finance or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
• MBA in HR/Finance is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CTC structures, payroll and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage CTC structures, salary breakups, increments, promotions, variable pay and annual revisions.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary validation, arrears and settlements.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance and reimbursements.
• Ensure PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS compliance.
• Prepare payroll MIS, compensation reports and salary budgeting.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in HRMS and payroll systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, payroll teams and insurers to resolve queries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits professional to manage employee compensation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, statutory compliance, and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CTC structures, salary breakups, increments, promotions, variable pay, and annual compensation revisions.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary validation, arrears, and full-and-final settlements.
• Administer employee benefits, including medical insurance, reimbursements, and other welfare schemes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.
• Prepare payroll MIS, compensation reports, manpower cost analysis, and salary budgeting.
• Maintain accurate employee compensation data in HRMS and payroll systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, payroll teams, and insurance providers to resolve employee queries.
