YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Manager – India Supply HR Business Partner, you will be a key partner to the India Supply Chain Leadership Team, responsible for driving and executing the people agenda across Supply Chain operations in India. You will partner closely with Supply Chain leaders and people managers to build a high-performing, engaged and future-fit organization, translating the AMEA & GTR Supply Chain People Strategy into meaningful actions and outcomes for India. The role will provide end-to-end HR partnership across Talent, Culture, Leadership, Capability, Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations and People Practices, while ensuring strong HR fundamentals, governance and compliance. A critical part of the role will be staying close to our people across Supply Chain locations, understanding the realities of our operations and creating an environment where our Primos can perform, grow and thrive.

ABOUT YOU

You bring strong HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees across levels. You combine a strong understanding of the business with practical HR expertise to translate people priorities into action. You have experience across talent management, performance, employee engagement, capability building, organizational effectiveness and employee relations. You are comfortable working in a dynamic and matrixed environment, building trusted relationships, coaching leaders and driving consistent execution of the people agenda.

RESPONSIBILIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

As HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the supply chain across INDIA business. In this position, you will:

  • HR Leadership and Partnership: Partner with India Supply Chain leaders to translate business priorities into an actionable people agenda. Provide proactive coaching and counsel to leaders and people managers across organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance, employee relations, compensation, talent and capability. Act as a trusted HR partner and first point of contact for Supply Chain HR matters in India, while leading and supporting key organizational and people change initiative
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning: Drive the Talent Review and succession planning process for India Supply Chain, ensuring strong pipelines for critical roles. Partner with leaders to identify high-potential and critical talent and create meaningful development and retention plans. Coach managers on talent development, career conversations and development planning, and support internal mobility and Talent Exchanges to strengthen the Supply Chain talent pipeline. Recruit and integrate high quality candidates according to business needs, lead-time and recruitment cost targets. Coordinate and liaise with contracting agencies to provide support to plant operations. Embed and build capability of leaders on Bacardi’s new talent processes as they are launched
  • Performance & Rewards: Ensure Leadership Behaviors are implemented and embedded with rigor; strengthening performance management; Drive performance management and calibration processes ensuring fairness, differentiation, and alignment to business outcomes Ensure high-quality goal setting and performance conversations across teams through quarterly Let’s Talks Embed a culture of recognition through formal and informal structure
  • Capabilities: Support the business in delivery of relevant and targeted training and development for Supply Chain teams with a focus on building awareness and capability across the People Strategy. Support and ensure functional and technical training requirements, plans, delivery, review and assessment of effectiveness are in place (primarily for bottling line operators)
  • People Practices and Systems: Ensure consistent and high-quality implementation of HR policies and processes across India Supply Chain, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, mobility, performance, development and employee conduct. Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour requirements and partner with specialist HR teams and Legal where appropriate. Maintain strong HR data discipline, particularly in Workday, and use people data and analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Employee Relations & Plant HR: Build strong relationships and maintain a deep understanding of employee sentiment and key motivators across Supply Chain locations. Proactively manage employee relations matters, grievances and workplace issues with consistency, fairness and speed. Partner with plant leadership on labour relations and, where applicable, worker-management processes. Conduct or support objective investigations and partner with Legal and other stakeholders where required.
  • Line Management: Direct leadership and development for local Operations HR function and direct report based in India.

INDIA Supply Chain has 100+ employees, based across multiple locations. While the role is based in Gurgaon-HO, you will need to travel to stay connected to all stakeholders in the markets.
