Job summary

Equiniti in Chennai is seeking a People Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle for the assigned division, from onboarding to exit. This role reports to the HR Director and operates in a UK shift with work-from-office in Chennai.

You will lead HRBP activities for Bengaluru/Chennai, implement HR programs, drive employee engagement, and collaborate with business leaders on workforce analytics and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)
• Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Bengaluru / Chennai location.
• Working with respective Business leaders and HR director for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects
• Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.
• HR metrics tracking, analysing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.
• Support retention discussions, management and facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.
• Support halfyearly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun & CSR initiatives.
• Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members Employee Relations - Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling
• Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH

Qualification / skills required

• Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from leading Institute
