Role Requirements:
  • Business Partnering Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on people‑related matters. Build strong relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and workforce challenges. Support business leaders in executing people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth. Participate in leadership team discussions, providing people insights and recommendations.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning Support workforce planning activities, including headcount management and organisational design. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on recruitment planning, requisition approvals, and hiring decisions. Facilitate internal mobility and career development opportunities across the organisation. Support succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Performance & Talent Management Coach managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, development discussions, and annual reviews. Support identification and development of high‑potential talent. Facilitate performance improvement plans where required. Drive a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and development.
  • Employee Relations Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, attendance, and workplace concerns. Conduct investigations where required and recommend appropriate actions. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Support managers in creating positive and inclusive work environments.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning. Partner with leaders to improve employee experience, recognition, and retention. Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the business. Analyze engagement and attrition data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Change Management Support organisational changes, restructuring initiatives, and business transformation projects. Facilitate communication and change management activities. Help leaders manage employee impacts during periods of change.
  • Compliance & HR Operations Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Support HR processes including onboarding, probation management, transfers, promotions, and exits. Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems. Provide HR metrics and reporting to business leaders.
