Job summary

Beta Trading Company in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Intern to support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and administrative tasks. This internship offers exposure to employee engagement, HR policies and data management within a financial services environment.

You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing records and supporting onboarding processes. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to international business

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Experience with HR processes is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
