Job summary

Catalysts Bio Technologies in Odisha, India seeks an analytical chemist to conduct sample analyses using HPLC, GC, and spectroscopic instruments, develop and validate methods, and provide technical support to stakeholders.

You will ensure timely delivery of results, document all findings, and maintain GLP/ISO safety standards while coordinating with R&D/QC and BD teams for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of samples using HPLC, GC, Spectrometer and other basic analytical instruments; develop and validate HPLC/GC methods
• Analysis of sugars, alcohols, antibiotics, enzymes, active ingredients, and raw materials using HPLC/GC
• Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects with timelines to speed to market
• Conduct analysis inputs to R&D/QC teams
• Ensure on-time delivery of analysis results with troubleshooting
• Streamline existing processes or develop new ones
• Interact with BD team for services
• Document experimental results
• Maintain and calibrate Chromatography Lab instruments; preventive maintenance
• Support in qualifications and maintenance of critical instruments
• Weekly highlights, monthly updates and record results in FMS system
• Submit reports per sample analysis timeline with >98% accuracy and document troubleshooting measures
• Ensure fire safety; follow GLP/ISO/Safety practices
• Regular interaction with BD team for your services

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of samples using HPLC, GC, Spectrometer, and other basic analytical instruments of the lab with experience in developing and validating HPLC/GC methods


• Analysis of Sugars, Alcohols, Antibiotics, enzymes, active ingredients, and raw material using HPLC/GC


• Providing Technical support for internal and external stake holders


• multiple projects while maintaining and achieving timelines to ensure speed to market.


• To conduct analysis of samples and provide inputs to R&D/QC teams


• On time delivery of analysis results with good troubleshooting.


• Streamline existing process or develop new processes.


• Have regular interaction with BD team for your services.


• Documentation of experimental results


• Preventive Maintenance & calibration of Chromatography Lab Instruments.


• Support in Qualifications and maintenance of Critical Instruments.


• Weekly highlights, monthly updates and recording experimental results FMS system.


• Submission of reports as per sample analysis time line with >98% accuracy and documenting the troubleshooting measures employed.


• Fire Safety in charge, Follow strictly GLP/ISO/Safety Practices.
