Job Summary
The HPE Datacenter Networking team is looking for an entry-level/junior Software Engineer with a passion for Cloud Native products, Distributed Systems, and AI-driven automation tools (AI Agents and Co-pilots). Working onsite from HPE’s Bengaluru campus, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software under the guidance of senior engineers, building high-impact features for large-scale datacenter networking and cloud-edge infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Native & Software Engineering
- Software Development: Design, write, troubleshoot, and debug scalable software applications, utilities, and networking components under senior guidance.
- Feature Delivery: Own and deliver well-defined features and subcomponents within HPE’s Cloud Native and Distributed Systems products.
- API & Microservices Architecture: Write clean, maintainable code relying on REST and gRPC-based microservices architecture.
- Quality & Testability: Write automated unit and integration tests, embedding them directly into CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification.
Infrastructure Automation & AIOps
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Work with cloud-native deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
- AI Agentic Automation: Leverage AI Agents, Co-pilots, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, FastAPI) to optimize automated workflows, testing, and debugging.
