Qualifications

• 23 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in manufacturing/plant environments.
• Experience managing day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team across day and night shifts, allocating tasks and ensuring full coverage.
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, attendance, and daily performance.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across production, storage, utility, and common areas in line with food-safety and GMP norms.
• Operate and oversee use of industrial and mechanised cleaning equipment (scrubbers, high-pressure washers, floor machines, etc.).
• Monitor stock of cleaning materials and chemicals; raise indents and control consumption.
• Conduct routine housekeeping and hygiene audits at the plant and close out gaps with corrective action.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits (customer, quality, and regulatory).
• Enforce safe handling of cleaning chemicals and correct use of PPE by the team.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for cleaning schedules around plant operations.
• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and shift logs.

2. Manage a team of 1520 housekeeping staff, including scheduling, attendance, and daily performance.
3. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across production, storage, utility, and common areas in line with food-safety and GMP norms.
4. Operate and oversee use of industrial and mechanised cleaning equipment (scrubbers, high-pressure washers, floor machines, etc.).
