Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India invites a proficient Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in line with Hyatt International's standards, ensuring pristine guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces. You will oversee laundry and dry-cleaning operations, drive guest and employee satisfaction, and align activities with corporate strategies.

Prior experience in large hotel operations and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
• You will be responsible forthe efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.
