Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and overseeing laundry/dry-cleaning operations to meet guest and owner expectations.

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or 4 years as Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department in line with Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies, meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Manage all housekeeping functions: cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, plus laundry and dry-cleaning operations.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications
