• Maintain cleanliness of rooms, corridors and common spaces to the highest standards.
• Distribute and replenish linen, towels and supplies as needed to ensure guest comfort.
• Regularly inspect rooms and facilities and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their stay is comfortable.
• Follow housekeeping protocols, including cleaning procedures, safety standards and waste disposal guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient housekeeping operations.
