Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with five-star standards. Daily tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, handling laundry items, and ensuring proper storage and use of cleaning supplies and equipment. The role involves responding promptly to guest requests, coordinating with the front office and other departments, and reporting maintenance issues. The Housekeeping Associate also supports adherence to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and may assist in training new team members on housekeeping procedures.
