• Prepare guest rooms to the highest presentation standards before check-ins.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as per resort standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Villa Coordinators for guest preferences and special requests.
• Handle guest laundry and linen care with attention and discretion.
• Support special arrangements such as romantic setups or festive decorations.
• Uphold safety, sustainability, and eco-friendly housekeeping practices.
