Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room Operations: Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms as per SOPs; Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities; Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked; Conduct room checks before marking them as ready.
• Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, and washrooms; Ensure all common areas are presentable at all times.
• Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with Front Office on room status updates; Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items; Ensure proper handling of guest belongings.
• Inventory & Hygiene: Use cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately; Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies; Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Room Operations

• Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms as per SOPs

• Conduct room checks before marking them as ready

Public Area Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, staircases, and washrooms
• Ensure all common areas are presentable at all times

• Ensure proper handling of guest belongings
