Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Hotel Manager aligned with Hyatt Purpose to support the General Manager in operating the hotel in line with brand standards. You will lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations in a landmark property.

The role demands a hands-on leader with strong people and guest-centric focus, capable of driving service excellence and brand integrity across all hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, Director of F&B, or Director of Operations in large property or a resort.

• You will be responsible to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Hotel and the implementation of Hyatt Purpose, Values and goals throughout the hotel, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hotel Manager is responsible to support the General Manager in successfully operating & managing the hotel in line with the brand standards, maintaining owner relationships and Hyatt's corporate and functional strategies.
