Hlfppt is seeking a responsible individual to manage all aspects of their Home located in Ernakulam, Kerala. The role involves implementing care standards, overseeing purchases, and maintaining documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for financial management and ensuring effective communication with staff and residents. Additionally, regular meetings will be conducted to ensure smooth operations and staff training.

Overall responsibility of all aspects of management of the Home.

Responsibilities

• Effective implementation of Minimum Standards of Care
• Responsible for the security and smooth functioning of the home and reporting to the Head of the organization.
• Responsible for all purchases.
• Financial controls & management
• Maintaining Staff Registers, books of accounts and other documents related to administration.
• Communication skills/Report writing
• Lessoning with Government department
• Training and Skill development
• Responsible to maintain the admission and exit register of the residents.
• Will conduct weekly meetings with care-takers, cook and security staff on their roles and responsibilities and share details of the menu-plan and the security plan as suggested by the residents.
• Maintain petty cash accounts which will be submitted weekly to the Home Manager/ Accountant.
• Ensure hourly supervision of all rooms, including bathroom and Home premises.
• Ensure that the primary responsibility of crisis intervention is maintained with highest order of accountability.
• Report weekly to the Head of the Organization/designated in-charge on the weekly happenings in the home.
• Will conduct weekly meetings with the residents and home committee to prepare the menu plan & security plan for the Home.
