Durucooperation is hiring an educator to deliver engaging, play-based, screen-free early learning sessions at children’s homes in Mumbai for ages 0–6, following a structured curriculum to support cognitive, social, emotional and motor development.

Sessions run 60–90 minutes one-on-one, with activities adapted to each child. You’ll keep attendance and progress notes in the mobile app and maintain high hygiene and safety standards, building warm, trusted relationships with families.

Qualificações

• B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months teaching experience in preschool/daycare/early-years learning.
• Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi.
• Comfortable travelling within Mumbai Western and/or Central Line areas.
• Willing to undergo police verification and provide valid ID/address proof.

Job Summary

Mandatory Requirements

• B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent certification.

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in preschool, daycare, or early-years learning.

• Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi.

• Comfortable travelling within assigned Mumbai Western and/or Central Line areas.

• Willing to undergo police verification and provide valid ID/address proof.

• Strong warmth and ability to engage effectively with young children.

• Willingness to work full-time with home-based sessions.
